Skeletons in Googasian’s Closet
Posted by Greg Horowitz in googasian on July 2, 2010
I received the following weird sharing from ‘Marcos’, and after going through it, I decided to reproduce it in its entirety. Right now I am in the process of going through the links he sent and doing my own research. I do not endorse any of the claims made in this email, nor do I claim that they are right. Meanwhile, here you go.
Hi there,
You don’t know me, and I dont know you. This is a fake email address, and that ain’t my real name. But I can tell that you sincerely want to expose Googasian, and I have something material to share with you that I have kept to myself for almost 9 years now. If you like, you can even publish this, hence the anonymity.
Christine Fritsch is a German national who came to the US under an exchange program and met with an unfortunate accident. In America, she was put under the guardianship of exchange parents Mr. and Mrs. Treusch who housed her, and when ‘her’ car crashed, they got thousands of dollars in insurance and other claims. The whole process was facilitated by Googasian, their lawyer, who, at one point in time, tried to get in touch with me too.
I saw the cars approaching each other at the intersection that September in 1996, and I could see that Mr. Manion sped up as he approached the red light, crashing into the right side of allegedly Christine’s car. She was severely injured, rushed to the hospital, and till today the right side of her body doesn’t function properly because her nervous system is wrecked.
I was called into the Court of St. Clair since I was a material eye-witness, and I testified that the traffic lights were working and in place. Earlier, when he called me, Googasian offered to counsel me but I politely refused, because I was already trying to avoid the limelight. To tell you the truth, I have my own family, and I would not risk it for a few thousand dollars. He sounded like he was giving me honest advice when he advised me not to come for any of the remaining hearings.
I followed his advice completely, and I don’t even discuss this with my wife (although she knows everything, of course). There were at least 3 or 4 other eye-witnesses, so I can afford to share this under the cloak of anonymity, or at least I believe so.
I do not know Christine personally, but I can tell what her parents went through. If you look at the pages her father created, you will get a vibe of frustration and regret, mixed with some assumptions. But it is a true story, and very telling.
According to Chris’s father, Mrs. Treusch had ties with the mafia, and she married an upright and innocent man, who died under mysterious circumstances. Her intention was to use Christine’s arrival to her advantage, and perhaps she worked with Googasian for legal consult, since she had no legal skills. Googasian himself comes from an aristocratic Michigan family and is connected here and asunder. In more than ten years, Googasian’s character is considered a question mark for those in the know, and I just wanted to share this story with you as well.
If you like, you can try to find out more about Googasian’s role in this tragic incident that benefitted everyone except the victim and the victim’s real family in Germany. On my end, I can assure you that I tried my level best to stand up for justice, but I also acted selfishly in order to safeguard my family. It feels real good sharing this with you, and I hope you don’t think it’s a waste of time.
Thanks a lot dude…
Marcos
P.S.: like i said, that aint my real name. This email isn’t even how I type. Identity secrecy is a must.
Class Action from Lawyers without Ethics
Posted by Greg Horowitz in googasian on July 2, 2010
The one simple reason why none of the student from Belford’s student fraternity has decided to join the devious plans of Googasian is because they don’t want to get themselves involved in the failed tirades of Googasian. Read the rest of this entry »
So the S#*t Finally Gets to Hit the Fan for Googasian
Posted by Greg Horowitz in googasian on June 28, 2010
So it is about to happen. The court has at last given Mr, Googasian the permission to go ahead and serve the legal notice using alternate means. Googasian P.C. can now proceed and find out what’s already been declared in the terms and conditions of Belford High School for long already that Belford High School is not a US based body and any legal court functioning in Michigan State will have no impact on Belford High School. Belford has been offering education and working within the terms of service they evidently mentioned on their website and they haven’t deviated from their stated terms, which are entirely legal, at all. Another victim cries foul on Googasian’s malicious use of the tool of law
Posted by Greg Horowitz in googasian on March 23, 2010
George Googasian seems to have amassed more scandals in his career than most lawyers and that’s saying something. It’s interesting how every time you mention Googasian’s name on the internet, a whole bevy of victimized innocents seem to rise from the fog and start collecting like so much dust on Googasian’s already maligned professional and personal reputation. Wow, finally some revelation occurred to the otherwise dormant law firm, Googaisan P.C. still igoing round and round the courts for the Beflrod Lawsuit to be actually filed as a class action. Well, what else were they expecting when Belford simply does not function in the US? Googasian P.C – Not Giving Up Just Yet?
Posted by Greg Horowitz in googasian on December 21, 2009
Googasian P.C has of late reacted to discussions of this nature widely taking place over the internet on a number of relevant websites. Googasian P.C now states that Belford High School is scheming against its reputation by means of such websites and giving threats to its prospective clients (possibly the students who with the intention of making some money in consequence to the law firm winning the case may have considered joining the class action).
