You don’t know me, and I dont know you. This is a fake email address, and that ain’t my real name. But I can tell that you sincerely want to expose Googasian, and I have something material to share with you that I have kept to myself for almost 9 years now. If you like, you can even publish this, hence the anonymity.

Christine Fritsch is a German national who came to the US under an exchange program and met with an unfortunate accident. In America, she was put under the guardianship of exchange parents Mr. and Mrs. Treusch who housed her, and when ‘her’ car crashed, they got thousands of dollars in insurance and other claims. The whole process was facilitated by Googasian, their lawyer, who, at one point in time, tried to get in touch with me too.

I saw the cars approaching each other at the intersection that September in 1996, and I could see that Mr. Manion sped up as he approached the red light, crashing into the right side of allegedly Christine’s car. She was severely injured, rushed to the hospital, and till today the right side of her body doesn’t function properly because her nervous system is wrecked.

I was called into the Court of St. Clair since I was a material eye-witness, and I testified that the traffic lights were working and in place. Earlier, when he called me, Googasian offered to counsel me but I politely refused, because I was already trying to avoid the limelight. To tell you the truth, I have my own family, and I would not risk it for a few thousand dollars. He sounded like he was giving me honest advice when he advised me not to come for any of the remaining hearings.

I followed his advice completely, and I don’t even discuss this with my wife (although she knows everything, of course). There were at least 3 or 4 other eye-witnesses, so I can afford to share this under the cloak of anonymity, or at least I believe so.

I do not know Christine personally, but I can tell what her parents went through. If you look at the pages her father created, you will get a vibe of frustration and regret, mixed with some assumptions. But it is a true story, and very telling.

According to Chris’s father, Mrs. Treusch had ties with the mafia, and she married an upright and innocent man, who died under mysterious circumstances. Her intention was to use Christine’s arrival to her advantage, and perhaps she worked with Googasian for legal consult, since she had no legal skills. Googasian himself comes from an aristocratic Michigan family and is connected here and asunder. In more than ten years, Googasian’s character is considered a question mark for those in the know, and I just wanted to share this story with you as well.

If you like, you can try to find out more about Googasian’s role in this tragic incident that benefitted everyone except the victim and the victim’s real family in Germany. On my end, I can assure you that I tried my level best to stand up for justice, but I also acted selfishly in order to safeguard my family. Now let’s explain what a class action lawsuit really stands for, according to Wikipedia:

“The preamble to the Class Action Fairness Act stated that… class actions harmed class members with legitimate claims and… undermined public respect for the country’s judicial system.”

It is generally accepted that class action lawsuits are a fad and just a way to manipulate the masses. It is deemed as something quite pitiful in the legal fraternity.  Class action lawsuits are most often defined as a way to earn some big bucks by fooling gullible clients as well as defendants.

We are not presenting a wrong notion here but the fact of the matter is that class action lawsuits have been most often used to manipulate the law for malicious intent and is just a tool of the law that can be easily manipulated.

Lawyers without the skills and credentials to earn themselves a respectable position in the legal fraternity find it easy to start individual civil action practices independently. They only require a cheap infrastructure that can be used as an office, some propaganda and the desire to leech on the earnings of innocent victims.

Simply put class action lawyers today are mere propagandists who heavily charge their clients, put the clients into trouble by exposing them to legal risks, financial problems and even imprisonment.  Moreover what makes class action a risky proposition for clients is the fact that the defendant has the right to countersue in case the lawsuit is dismissed by the court.

The reasons discussed above clearly show why no sane person belonging to the Belford alumni group is planning to join hands with Googasian since they know that this firm is just wasting their time plain and simple.

This will certainly be a landmark case and will set a remarkable example and precedent for firms like Googasian P.C., though as service of legal notices by alternating means is something that the courts not often allow. One of the causes courts normally don’t do this is as it is by legal definition, an exercise or effort in ineffectiveness. If there isn’t any possible method of locating a defendant excluding email or chat, then surely that’s a sign/indication of the reality that the defendant will almost certainly be out jurisprudence of any of implication s of the case anyway. Needless to say, the charity made to various politicians is of course for Googasian’s own political gain.

Various organizations set up their sister concerns for the purpose of social welfare, when in fact the idea is to dodge taxation; it is very likely that the Googasian Family Foundation has too been founded with the aim of supporting tax evasion for the law firm. Now in the case of the famous Belford Lawsuit, clearly, Googasian is a firm run by con artists who are hell bent upon destroying high schools in their devious schemes and gain cheap publicity. It seems that Googasian also want to fill its pockets in these ways without having to pay taxes on its ill earned money too.

The latest report of wrongdoing comes from across the Atlantic, all the way from Germany. The story of Chris is not only infuriating but sad; it exposes to a certain extent the dark side of law and the manner in which the tool of law can be misused to extract personal gains even if it destroys people’s lives in the process.

Christine Fritsch was an excellent student from the small German town of Bad Oeynhausen. An honour student throughout her academic career, she’d skipped a couple of grades and was a junior in college by the age of seventeen. Throughout her life she’d harboured the wish in her heart to move to America and make a career for herself there. She was beside herself when she finally got the opportunity to follow through on her dream and was accepted in an exchange program.

However, she got caught up in the web of crime built by Googasian and his gang. In order to truly understand how the life of this young girl was destroyed by Googasian, you first need to understand the extent of Googasian’s criminal empire.

The one thing that Googasian has done successfully over the years is build connections, in the insurance industry, in the judiciary and in the political circles. We know from the internet that he’s been a very generous donor to the campaigns of various democratic politicians over the years. It’s not because has affinities for certain political ideologies but because making these donations brings him into the good books of powerful politicians.

Chris’ case is a classic example of how Googasian executes his insurance fraud. The girl, within a year of arriving in the US was caught in a road accident in which she almost died. The fact that she didn’t die was detrimental to the cause of the insurance fraudsters but they were prepared for all eventualities.

A personal injury lawsuit was filed in the courts on behalf of Chris. Initially, Chris’s parents were involved and were called to America but when Googasian realized that Chris’s parents had every intention of taking Chris back to Germany, the parents were quietly removed from the case as if they didn’t even exist. Instead, the host family was nominated as Chris’ guardians without even informing Chris’ biological parents.

The elimination of Chris’ biological parents from the case legal proceedings was done just in time to negotiate a multimillion dollar settlement; no share of which went to either Chris or her biological parents. The major chunk of the money was kept by Googasian and his gang as part of their fee for the legal proceedings. The rest was distributed amongst Chris’ host family and the people who had to be paid off.

They’ve now made it so that Chris’ biological parents can’t even take her back home to Germany. She’s being held in the US because on her tragedy hinges the profits of Googasian and his gang. They are waiting for her to die so they can collect on the multimillion dollar lawsuit. And all Chris’ poor father can do is appeal using this website, hoping that somebody, somewhere would hear him out.

All we can say that in comparison to Chris’ troubles, the plight of Googasian’s targeted schools and their students seems small.

The motion appealed that the court officially emails the authorities of Belford to appear in the court, the court puts up a notice on a self-fabricated website of the law firm, in order to prompt the institution to come forth in the court and/or the court puts up a notice within the premises of the court to bring it to the knowledge of the public in general.

In due course, the case itself altogether would simply be suspended by the court on the sheer basis that Googasian to-date has not been able to convince the court on serving a legal notice to Belford. The foolishness of Googasian simply amazes us! Why can’t the so-called advocates at Googasian finally learn that losing their dignity in legal proceedings is not the way to go! Besides, how on earth could one even come close to winning when the very foundation of the case is shaky?

The Belford Lawsuit has on the contrary earned Belford some major free publicity. Googasian is in fact the one left with simply nothing but enormous negative publicity, distrust in its current clients all while losing the prospective ones, not to forget much less money in their accounts than when they started with the ill intention of making some easy bucks.

Being layman in the discipline of law, even I can tell that the institute does not operate from the US and therefore does not come under the US jurisdiction so there are no chances that a law firm despite how incompetent it might be would miss out on such a ‘given’ fact, before they were to file a class action.

So if they already knew that and yet look forward to win the case, who happens to their God fathers in the game? Well, there definitely is a lobby that opposes life experience based institutions for obvious reasons as these online institutions are doing exceptionally well while promoting an average working adult who had to discontinue education earlier in life but has in the course of time gained significant work experience and holds expertise in a particular filed and therefore is honored by such institutions based on that. Through these websites Googasian P.C. is without a doubt generating information about other institutions of Belford’s nature to irresponsibly file cases against them to satisfy the firm’s own notorious plans.

Also, since the law firm has recently won settlement money from a local high school, Belford is nothing but their next scapegoat on their journey of pulling great revenues from life experience based institutions. They now see this as a profitable business in its own right.How can Life Experience degrees be declared ‘fake’ unless they are issued under a similar name or resemble the ones issued by other institutions? Googasian P.C. has baselessly filed a class action against Belford High School. I would support life experience degrees to be 100% legal as a number of sound life experience degrees awarding institutes are successfully running worldwide – NOT claiming to ‘educate’ students for the certificates issued. Thus labeling these degrees as ‘bogus’ would indeed be an illegal practice in itself as very clearly the degrees awarded are truly based on genuine work experiences of the holders. As in the case of Mr. McKenna who in 2006 successfully sued the Daily Mirror for libel; over claims made by journalist Victor Lewis-Smith that McKenna obtained a “bogus degree” simply for money to intentionally deceive the public. McKenna won the case and significant damages.

The court declared that Mr. McKenna was not dishonest and regardless of the quality of his earned degree, it would be unfair to write it off as ‘bogus’ and that any possibility of the mediocrity of La Salle’ University’s academic standards does not suggest that its client has been dishonest about his justly earned credits based on his life experiences.
