High Time Googasian Lets Go! Court Dismisses its Motion

The latest development in the most talked about case within the education industry and legal fraternity alike – the Belford Lawsuit is that Googasian’s motion has been dismissed by the court. Exactly what we’ve been expecting even being novice to the matters of law from the very beginning itself.

The pleas within the motion are as follows:

  1. Googasian has asked the court to officially email the authorities of Belford to appear in the court
  2. Googasian has asked the court to put up a notice on a self-fabricated website of the law firm, in order to prompt the institution to come forth in the court
  3. Googasian has asked the court to put up a notice within the premises of the court to bring it to the knowledge of Belford through public in general

Googasian crossed the limits of absurdity. Well, all of the above were rejected by the court declaring that the law firm is yet to come up with something ‘reasonably calculated’ against Belford, proving their own incompetence at insane ends.

In due course, the case itself altogether would simply be suspended by the court on the sheer basis that Googasian to-date has not been able to convince the court on serving a legal notice to Belford. The foolishness of Googasian simply amazes us! Why can’t the so-called advocates at Googasian finally learn that losing their dignity in legal proceedings is not the way to go! Besides, how on earth could one even come close to winning when the very foundation of the case is shaky?

The Belford Lawsuit has on the contrary earned Belford some major free publicity. Googasian is in fact the one left with simply nothing but enormous negative publicity, distrust in its current clients all while losing the prospective ones, not to forget much less money in their accounts than when they started with the ill intention of making some easy bucks.
